“First a little about me, A few years ago I had a health scare that forced me to have a major stomach surgery. I had to be in a bed and have a home nurse for almost a year. “I have been training with Steven since June 2013. He is a 360-degree trainer. Every session, he takes the time to explain why we’re doing what we’re doing and what direction we’re going down the road. He is a stickler for correct form. This is really helpful because having the correct form protects my joints and allows me to keep training longer without having to take breaks for injuries.
Steven does a really good job of pushing me without turning me off to training. One of my favorite parts of training with Steven is the fact that he’s a nutrition guru.
